Welcome to ScoreKpr. By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ScoreKpr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ScoreKpr is a web application that allows you to track board game wins across campaigns. You can create campaigns, add players and games, record wins, and invite others to join your campaigns. The service uses Google Sign-In for authentication and Supabase for data storage.
3. Your Account
You must sign in with Google to use ScoreKpr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store your Google password. If you share an invite link, anyone with that link can join the associated campaign if they sign in with Google.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ScoreKpr only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
5. Your Data
You own the data you create (campaigns, players, games, win records). We store this data to provide the service. You can export your data at any time via the Export Data feature. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ScoreKpr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreKpr and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
