1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and profile information (name, profile picture) from Google. We use this to identify you and display your account in the app.
Data you create. We store the data you create in ScoreKpr, including campaign names, player names, game names, win records, and any images you upload for games or players.
Technical data. Our hosting providers (e.g., Supabase) may collect standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and access logs for security and operation purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve ScoreKpr
- Authenticate your identity when you sign in
- Store and sync your campaigns, players, games, and win records
- Enable campaign invites and collaboration with other users
- Communicate with you if necessary (e.g., security notices)
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase’s infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth (which integrates with Google). We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Please keep your Google account secure.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Campaign members: Other members of a campaign can see that campaign’s data (players, games, wins).
- Service providers: Supabase and similar providers process data on our behalf to operate the app.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
ScoreKpr may use browser local storage and session storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Supabase) may set their own cookies as described in their privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Export your data: Use the Export Data feature to download a copy of your campaigns, players, games, and wins.
- Delete your data: You can clear campaign data and leave campaigns. To remove your account entirely, contact us.
- Stop using the service: You may stop using ScoreKpr at any time.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and you use the service. If you delete data or leave a campaign, we will remove it in accordance with our data retention practices. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.
8. Children’s Privacy
ScoreKpr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
